EPDS-US
The EPDS-US is an updated perinatal mental health screening tool designed with a trauma-informed, person-centered approach. It promotes respectful care while maintaining the reliability of the original scale.

Mamma Mia Study
For pregnant women nationwide. Participants use and provide feedback on the "Mamma Mia" app during pregnancy and postpartum.

Mindful Moms Study
For minority and/or low-income pregnant women in Virginia experiencing stress, depression and anxiety. Those enrolled will participate in either prenatal yoga or prenatal education group classes.

RECOVER Study
Virginians working together to understand long-term effects of COVID-19 in children and families. Individuals age 3-25 and their caregivers are encouraged to participate.
